Reverse Charge VAT on subcontractors in Ireland

I am trying to set up the reverse charge VAT in Ireland for sub-contractor invoices. I have been contacted by Revenue to say that it is not being completed correctly. I am using the Partner Edition and it doesn't appear to be able to handle this. Can someone help me or should i just cancel my subscriptions with SAGE and move to alternative software?

    Thanks for using Community Hub,

    Sage Business Cloud Accounting doesn't have the functionality to support Reverse Charge for Irish Sub Contractors.

    Appreciate this may not be what you were looking for, I would advise when possible, you leave feedback within Product so it's possible to track ideas our customers are wanting to be implemented.
