REPORT PAD AND HEADINGS

Hi all

All narrative entries in the Report Pad and the Headings have been cleared out. Don't know how. Was working on the dataset, a message popped up and disappeared. Check found above issues. Any suggestion as to how to retrieve the info entered?

    Hi Rajni,

    Thanks for using Sage City.

    The only way to retrieve this data is if you have a backup, you can restore back in. If you do not have a backup, it will require you to re-enter the details into the report pad.
    If the issue persists, I recommend you rebuild your client file, you can do this by:

    1. From the Toolbar select File followed by Backup and take a backup of the client
    2. From the Toolbar select Tools then select Rebuild Files
    3. A new window will open click the button Rebuild Files

    Thank you, Fallon

    Support on call also said the same - ie to restore last backup. Doesn't resolve issue that I will have to redo work done on the day.  This is a very serious glitch in software. The details entered on the report pad for prior years were also erased ie reverted to master.
