dbd oracle execute failed

When submitting a set of accounts to companies house we have got the error message "dbd oracle execute failed"

Does anyone know what this relates to and how to resolve?

    Thanks for your post.

    Several customers have contacted us today with similar issues, we believe there may have been problems when submitting to Companies House.

    Since those earlier reports we believe the issue has been resolved by Companies House and would advise to attempt the submission again.
