Users - how to shut them down

I am searching for help in how to shut down 2 users in the Sage Production (Version 18.40) on Windows (Version 10).

We have two users which are “old” machines and it seems that SAGE was not closed properly. As we have only 10 licenses and when more than 8 users try to login at the same time, it says it is not possible.

Anyone knows how to shut them down??

    Thanks for using Sage City, and apologies for the delay in reply, I came across your outstanding question today.

    To resolve this issue you need to contact Sage Technical support to remove the users as the functionality to remove them will be password protected.
