I’m working on Sage Accounts Production 24.1 and whenever I try to create a new dataset or user, I receive the error message: “File access denied.”
I have already:

Run the program as administrator.

Confirmed my Windows account has admin rights.

Verified that the Sage data directory is accessible.
This is a multi-user environment, and the data is stored on a shared folder. Could this be related to folder permissions, dataset locks, or service configuration? What specific steps should I follow to resolve this and allow new user/dataset creation? please help me
