Assistance Required – Dataset File Not Found Error

Dear Sage Support Team,

I am encountering an issue while attempting to add a client dataset in Sage Accounts. When I navigate to add a dataset, I receive the following error message:

"Files required cannot be found at C:\APEXDATA\SOLE\021012"

This prevents me from proceeding with the dataset addition, and I am unsure if the problem is due to a missing file, incorrect path, or another configuration issue. Could you please guide me on how to resolve this error and successfully add the dataset? I would appreciate detailed instructions to ensure the data integrity and proper functioning of the software.

    Hi Mirwais,

    The message indicates that the software is looking for files in that location, but the files are not there. At this stage its difficult to say why, the files may have been deleted or the path may be incorrect.

    I recommend contacting Sage Technical Support so they can look at this with you, they can be reached on this number
