How to enter the data of income tax in Sage Accountant

Question

I am using Sage Accountant to prepare for the first quarter MTD of income tax for my client. 
 Following the instruction, Sage Accountant has been connected to HMRC and MTD authorised. 
 I have two types of clients, one is solo trader, the other one is landlord. 
 I created Self assessment of 2026/2027, then add MTD tax year successfully. 
 Regarding solo trader, Opening tax year, choose self - employment business. It says You cannot access this page on Income and Expenses tab. But I am admin of Sage Accountant. 
 
 Regarding Landlord, on income and expenses tab, it shows No income recorded. But I cannot find a place to enter the data. 
 
 Anyone can help me about those issues.

Hi Carolyn, Thanks for using Community Hub. Your client will need to amend your permissions so that you have access to all areas and can submit for MTD on there behalf. 
 Edit and delete users If this helps, please let me know by clicking Verify Answer .

If you're still unable to access the relevant pages, it may be specific to the client configuration rather than user permissions.
