CT on line submission

Can anyone advise why I am receiving this message on my failed submission 

software unable to send data to the I R server? 

Ive never had such a message before

    Thank you for your query.

    In regards to this error, is there any further information for this rejection in Administration, Online filing history, opening the client's rejection and taking a look at the error message? Please paste it in full in here if you can and I can take a further look for you. 

    Rejections like this can be temporary issues with HMRC's server so it might be worth just simply trying to submit the return again. If you still get the same issue, please get back in touch with us.
