Corporation Tax Online - boxes 4, 75 and Client Declaration

I have just moved from Sage Corporation Tax license to utilising the Sage CT online version.  Does anyone know how to do the following:

1) Box 4, I have a client who is a Members Club - how do I choose type 6?

2) Box 75, most of my clients are SME's how do I tick box 75?

3) Client Declaration, previously I was able to download a declaration for the client to sign.  I can not see where I download this on the online version.

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated

    Thanks for using Sage City, and apologies for the delay in reply.

    With regards to questions 1 & 3, unfortunately this functionality is not available currently.

    With regards to question 2. We understand that Box 75 only needs to be populated if the company would be subject to transfer pricing rules had it not been an SME. Ticking the box confirms that the company is exempt as a consequence of being an SME. Areas of international tax, such as transfer pricing, are currently outside the scope of Sage Corporation Tax Online (CTO). If you would like to see this additional functionality in CTO, please let us know. It would be very helpful if you could indicate how many client companies of yours require Box 75 to be populated and let us have an idea of the nature of these companies. Are there any other improvements we could make to CTO to help you assist these clients?
