Login failed to authenticate

Morning,

Having issues with a new staff member, SPS is failing to use the windows domain password and failing when this is entered. Any help gratefully appreciated.....

    Hi Valerie,

    Thanks for using Sage City.

    To resolve this you will need to open the software from an existing workstation

    1. From the top tool bar go to Practice, click Staff
    2. Right-click on the staff member in question, click Edit, then Select the Security tab
    3. Select Change and this will show all Windows users available on the domain (If this option is not available, this maybe because your user permissions are low, please use IT Administrator login)
    4. Choose the required Windows users, click Ok, then click Save

    Now, when this Windows user attempts to access the software it will log them in as this associated Staff member.
