Thank you for using Community Hub!
You are able to run loads of different letters and reports which can then be exported to an excel file. If your wanting client information you'll be best choosing one of these reports from the client details group.
All the reports have different fields and can be edited to suit what information you want to be included. You can find more information on our How do I edit or customise interactive reports? article.

Hi Fallon, thanks for the answer, but I'm not really looking for manual reporting, more a way to integrate SPS into a CRM system. I'm assuming it's simply not possible via any built-in features in SPS, unless those reports can be automated to run and create an export to a network location without any manual intervention.
