Why am I being asked for personal details for Sage Personal Tax Account viewer when I am an agent?

When I try to set up Sage Personal Tax Account viewer, I am being asked for Full name , NI number & D.O.B but I am using our agent SA ID, any ideas?

    Hi Gary,

    Thanks for using Sage City, and apologies for the delay in my reply.

    The viewer will ask for personal details as it links to gov.uk where those details will have been entered previously. The verification is all done through HMRC so it's not a requirement from the Sage software itself. Hope that helps.
