From 16 September 2024, Microsoft are retiring Basic Authentication on Outlook.com

Google  are also retiring Basic Authentication on Gmail, from 30 September 2024.

This means that, if you use SMTP to send email using Outlook or Gmail, you need to reconfigure your email service or Sage software.
