When you need more than glue - Sage 200 \ CRM Integration

Since the inclusion of Sage CRM within the Sage 200 product suite, we have all faced the many challenges of the decision to integrate or not. Come to think of it, the decision was subsequently made a little cloudier - to integrate, or not; to connect, or not. Regardless of your past decisions and current choice of methods, the launch of Sage 200c (2019 Spring Edition) see's us facing the task of going back to the glue (integrated CRM) which will be facilitated in the following release with the inclusion of a CRM integration migration tool.

As such, what should you do if the glue doesn't stick (or at least stick in all the right places)?

Is it time for the 3rd party vendors to trip out their integration tools or do we, the partners, consider the proper use of SQL views to make the relevant connections?
