I'm trying to attach specific delivery notes to customers (e.g. deliver before 12pm), which will then print on the delivery/despatch note to help AMs and Drivers. Does anybody know if there is a way to do this within Sage?


One way would be to utilise the Analysis Codes on the Sales/SOP as a 'flag' to be used as a conditional filter on the relevant layout. So for example, an analysis code of 'Pre 12' would then enable a message on the layout that says 'Deliver before 12pm'.
Hi Steve, thanks for responding. I have thought of Analysis Codes but I want to be able to attach information to the customer that automatically appears when raising a Sales Order rather than have a drop down, as this could lead to accidentally selecting the wrong one.
If it is the same information for the customer each time, then you could still use the Analysis Code by setting it on the customer record and then having the SOP Analysis Code populated from the Sales Ledger value.
Alternatively, you could use the Popup Notes function with the Sicon Enhancement Pack. This is just one of around 150 functions in the pack.
