To change the output mode to spooler, click on the small cog wheel in the top right-hand corner of the your Sage 200 desktop and select Choose output mode.  You can then change the option to Spooler.

Thanks Steve, I have done that but it is still sending the remittances to email

Are you using a 3rd party application such as Sicon Documents or Spindle to distribute the Remittances?

Hi Lesley this sounds like you need to check the setting in Purchase Ledger > Utilities > Ledger Set Up > Ledger Settings.

On the Payment Groups tab you will see all your different payment groups (or there will be just one if 'All accounts use same payment method' is ticked).

The 'Payment Document' setting will dictate whether remittances are printed, emailed, etc.
