is this via the Price Book?  because there is an import for the price book that may make it easier, if it is through some bespoke then you would need to talk to your business partner. 

But as a rule, Sage not recommend, or support manually entering data directly to the sql tables, as it does not enforce business logic, and can then cause issues in the system
