Hi there,

I need some help configuring my customer statements, I have had Sage installed on a new computer and statements are going out to customers with zero balances, payments have been allocated, so that is not the problem.

Hi Brenda,

Thanks for your post.

There are various statement layouts available in the software, and you can choose to issue All Item statements or outstanding item only statements, I wondered if you're choosing an all item layout? Choose your statement layout
