We’ve rolled out a series of exciting updates to the Ideas Portal, and we’d like to thank everyone who has contributed their ideas, votes, and feedback.

What's new?

• A brand-new experience – Enjoy an upgraded site with powerful filtering options, so you can easily explore ideas by program area, status, and track when they’re being investigated or delivered
• Weekly idea reviews – We’re increasing our pace with regular reviews of all ideas and comments to keep things moving quickly
• Smarter idea management – Duplicate ideas will be merged to keep everything streamlined and focused
• Improved idea discovery – As you type, you’ll see similar ideas instantly, making it easy to support existing suggestions by adding your vote rather than creating a new one
• Clear usage guidance – We’re introducing helpful guidelines to ensure everyone gets the most out of the Ideas Portal
• Stronger collaboration – If we need more information to fully understand an idea, we’ll reach out to you—and when we start investigating new features, we’ll invite you to talk to us and be part of the conversation

Ideas posted from April onwards have been reviewed initially, but the team are working back through older posts as well!

Accessing the portal

You can get to the portal quickly from the Sage 50 Accounts forum in Community Hub, see "Submit an Idea" under Quick Links.

Tip: Before posting a new idea, search the list first, if the idea has already been posted you can vote for it. This will help to avoid duplication and strengthen the case for a change if the votes are allocated to one suggestion.
