What date range are you running the Trial Balance for?

If you run the nominal activity report for the same date range, for one of the missing codes, do you get a balance?

Which nominal codes are missing and have you already run year end?  If you try to re-run a TB up to the the year end date, it will include all the year end cleardown journals so will re-set all of your income and expenditure accounts to zero.
