I can on,y see one company in the list and can't see my other company when I open the sage software on my account

Hi 
 when I opened the sage software it said that your licence is expired please enter the new licence key and i did that 
 It again said the licence key is not valid contact sage It is a Saturday so I can't contact sage 
 Can you please guide me how I enter my licence code It is not letting me enter the licence key details again
