Payment of creditor with the allocation link removed

Payment processed in creditor had the link removed after the computer crash, the creditor still shows outstanding

Hi Renata, Thanks for using Community Hub. If the payment is still visible in the supplier record then you should just be able to reallocate, but I'd recommend running a data check first to make sure there are no underlying errors that need to be fixed before continuing.
