PRODUCT PRICE INCREASE & LIST PRICE

Question

I have just ran a Sales Price increase of 5% across all product through Global Changes. We have selected "recalculate price list prices whenever product prices change" box in Customer Price List but their List Price has not increased. Please explain.

We'd need to know how the prices are set up on the price lists ie are they fixed or is a different method used? It may be more practical to investigate this with a Sage Technician, you can contact support here: Sage Technical Support
