Customer Statements

Question

Hi, 
 I am new to using Sage 50 accounts and struggling to find a way to run a customer statement. It is only giving me an option, from what I can see, to run a supplier statement. 
 Could someone please help?

Hi Faye, Thanks for using Community Hub. There are a few things to look at here. You should be able to see a Statements option on the right hand side of the tool bar after clicking Customers. If you can't see Statements it could be down to the sizing of the window and the option may be accessible through a drop-down menu as shown below: Access rights are another consideration. Are you logged on as "Manager"? If you're logged on as a user without full access then that may limit what you can see. If you can see Statements when logged on as Manager but not when using your user name, you may need to use the Manager logon to edit your user profile / access. if this helps, please click Verify Answer .
