Sage 50c Consolidating companies

Question

I have two subsidiary companies, one in the UK and one in ROI. I want to create a consolidation of these companies with currency functionality. Is this possible or do I require a different version/package?

Hi Peter, Thanks for using Sage City. Unfortunately, at present, if companies have different base currencies it is not possible to consolidate them within Sage 50 Accounts. The following article outlines situations where consolidation can't take place and a difference of currency is listed as one of the reasons:: Merge Companies > In this situation, we would normally advise to compile consolidated accounts outside of Sage 50 Accounts.
