Attachments option not working

SOLVED

When I try to add an attachment in my supplier invoice transaction, "Did you know that with Sage 50cloud Accounts you can add attachments from your suppliers to Purchase Invoice and Purchase Credit transactions?" 

There is an OK box and when I click on it, the box disappears and I am unable to attach anything.

Any ideas?

    Just want to check some details with you if we can, if you open Help > About in the software, can you confirm your Version number, Variant and Licence type?

    Hoping to narrow the issue down.

    Thanks for coming back Louise, I suspect the Perpetual Licence is the issue here, looking at your account I believe you should be on Subscription.

    You can use this tool to retrieve your serial number and activation key: Find my serial number and activation key > it just requires your Account number and Postcode, if you don't have a post code, just tick the box.

    Once you have the serial number and key, enter them in Tools > Activation > Upgrade program and repeat this on any other Sage 50 Accounts computers.

    Then test the Attachment option again.

    Hello,

    I have the same issue. Our details are:

    Version - 29.2.398.0

    Variant - Sage 50 Accounts Professional

    Licence Type - Perpetual

    When I went to  Tools > Activation > Upgrade program

    It takes me to Project Registration - Activate Sage Software. I entered the serial number and licence key. I then get the message "The activation key you have entered matches the current activation key in the program. You can either enter a different Activation Key or close the Registration Window to continue using your current licence details. You can view your current Licence Information in Help > About". The only option is to click ok.

    Any help greatly appreciated

    Hi Jimmy,

    I wonder if you are using the right serial number and key for your subscription, you can find them using the tool in this article using your Account number and post code:

    Find my serial number >

    If the number and key is different when you use that article, you can enter them in the software in Tools > Activation > Upgrade program. If you have more than one computer with Sage 50 Accounts, be sure to update every computer.
