Errors

Hi,

Error messages keep appearing, when I went to backup yesterday.  I restored a previous version that had no errors.  I checked data and there we no errors.  When I enter a transaction, the error messages reappear.  I used the recovery tools and it fixed them.  However, when I enter the next transaction, same thing happens.  I looked at the transactions it references but cannot see the error;

    Hi HL24,

    Thanks for using Community Hub.

    I would recommend taking a backup as a starting point, and then use the "Recalculate Transaction History" option in Recovery tools to try and eliminate those errors.

    If that resolves the problem in the short term, but the problem re-occurs, then I would recommend reaching you to Sage Technical Support so they can look into it further for you. 

    An alternative would be to return to a backup from a day or two ago and reprocess back to date to see if that can be done without generating errors.
