Hi,

Can anyone please tell me how I can email a Quotation (as a pdf attachment) where the attachment will be labeled as a Quotation and not an Invoice?

If you set your expression to be INVOICE.INVOICE_OR_CREDIT it will then dynamically show a Quotation, invoice or credit depending on what you've got selected.

You could use this:

COMPANY.NAME + " -…

If you set your expression to be INVOICE.INVOICE_OR_CREDIT it will then dynamically show a Quotation, invoice or credit depending on what you've got selected.

You could use this:

COMPANY.NAME + " - " + INVOICE.INVOICE_OR_CREDIT + " No. " + CString(INVOICE.INVOICE_NUMBER)

It will output:

Your company name - Quotation - No 432
