Is it possible to import journals from Excel to Sage 50 professional?

Yes, using File, Import, Audit Trail Transactions. It's best if you use the standard template, which you will find wherever your Sage program resides, probably somewhere like this: C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\Accounts\Import Templates.
