Purchase order reports

Question

Hi, 
 I am looking for a report to help with accruals. I need a report that shows the open purchase orders at the end of a period. 
 Headings needed are: Date of PO, Supplier, PO number, N/C, Project number, Status, Delivery status, delivery date, Posted date. 
 I also need each po to show all line items.
