Is it possible to alter the item amount on the purchase order. I tried and received a message that I cannot change the quantity on order or delivered.
I accidently changed the quantity instead of the price!

If the goods have been marked as received, you'll need to reverse the order >
If the goods are just "on-order" and haven't been received, you can take them off order, amend the order and place back on-order: Cancel an order >
