Reports not loading

Since the upgrade, when I try and run a report I get the message 'The Specified Date Source SageLine50v13 could not be found. Check the Data Source is correctly registered'

Reports were working fine before the upgrade.  At this point I am unable to exit the module or the program and you have to close it via task manager.  I am aware there are some Sage issues but don't know if this is part of that or a different problem.

    Hi Sue,

    This error message may appear after installing the Sage 50 Accounts May Improvements update v23.2 when you run a report.

    This issue is resolved by installing the revised copy of the update. This is now available to download and install from here.

    After installing this update, the software version number in Help > About changes to v23.2.4.278.

    If the issue persists, you should remove the Sage Accounts folder from the temp folder then install the update again.

    1. Press the Windows key  + R then type %temp% and click OK.
    2. Locate and right-click the Sage Accounts folder, click Cut then paste onto the Windows desktop.
    3. To reinstall the update, run the file you previously downloaded.
