Scheduled backup and manual backup have different sizes

Question

I have just done a manual backup and I can see that it is a lot larger than the scheduled backups. I have the backup set to include all files.
Is this something that there is a fix for?
If not, then it doesn't seem to be worth doing the scheduled backups if they only include part of the data.

Hi Jeremy, 
 If you select File > Scheduled Backup > Settings, you will see options on the right hand side to select what you back up. 
 Although it's always good to backup regularly, you don't always need to back up everything (e.g. Reports are not often edited so no need to back them up every day). 
 However if you are happy with the file size, feel free to set this up in the scheduled backup as well.
