Historical trial balance reports

Question

Hi 
 Does anyone know if it is possible to run historical TBs - eg prior year? I am using Sage 50 cloud Accounts Essentials.

Hi Lisa. 
 Thanks for using Sage City. 
 You can print the prior year reports from your archive reports for help accessing these click here. However you may not have an archive of data if you do not you can follow these steps in Article 25299 . 
 This will allow you to use the current reports but will have to tell Sage to ignore Transactions after the Ledger Year End postings.
