Has anyone else had issues with the onedrive backups?

Hi,

We've set up the OneDrive back up's for various companies but after so many days the backups and emails telling us the backup has completed stop.

Not receiving the email is a prompt to reset these backups up, but we never stopped them in the first place. Has anyone had this issue or know how to remedy it?

We want them to run continuously safe in the knowledge our data is being backed up daily to OneDrive
