Sage Closes when trying to run reports

Question

HI, 
 I am running the multi company version of Sage. On one company that I have recently created when I go to run any standard report, (so unreconciled bank transactions for example) the program just closes. No error message, nothing. 
 Yet all other companies this works fine. 
 Any ideas how to fix?

Hi Martin, Thanks for using Sage City. 
 With the issue being company specific it would suggest the problem lies with the data for that company rather than the software. I would recommend running the check data routine to see if it reports any errors. You can acces this in File > Maintenance > Check Data. If errors are reported, you can restore a recent backup, if you have one, or there are steps to resolve some of the possible errs here: https://desktophelp.sage.co.uk/accounts/errors/ If no errors are reported, and the problem persists, please post here and we can investigate a little further.
