Log in to Sage 50 Accounts Script Error

Hi

Been trying to log in to my Sage 50 Accounts v28 since yesterday and keep getting an error which says

An error has occurred in the script on this page

Line: 0

Char: 0

Error: Script Error

Code: 0

URL 

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?

Yes/no

I've tried saying yes and no and still nothing. I've been on help and cleared cache

Any ideas?

    Hi Caroline,

    Did anything else change before the error started appearing, any new software installs or updates? Are you logging on as Manager or as a user, does the same thing occur if you log in as manager or as a user other than your normal login?

    Is Sage 50 Accounts installed on more than one PC? if it is, does the error occur for the same user on different PCs?

    Sorry to meet your question with more questions, just hoping to narrow the issue down, to help get to a resolution.

    Hi I have the same problem on my account, exactly as above the "script error" warning and cant get past it. sage just told me I need to up date to version 32 and that should solve the problem. 

*Community Hub is the new name for Sage City
