Looks like my turn. Are the sharp practices still going on?

I have Sage 50 Accounts Professional. I've been given a "renewal" package that is not defined but says includes Sage Copilot and AI Capture as "Free" but from reading here that is not the case. I am being told this is the "latest version" - do I assume their latest version of pricing rather than any change to the software itself.

Price rise was 40%+ last year and now 45%+, thats 103% in two years and more and more attempts to cross sell.

Does anyone have any list of the versions available? I think I am being sold a line. 

Agent isnt really explaining the package yet just advertising the "benefits" that I dont need.

I presume Sage Copilot is really a chargeable service they are trying to tag on as "free"? Same with the capture?
