I have just upgraded to V29.2.398.0 and since then am having difficulty emailing purchase orders

4 different scenarios happen

1) The PO goes to email as normal and is fine

2) The PO goes to email but the PDF is blank

3) The PO comes up before emailing with a red outline and a red cross where the text should be

3) The PO doesn't go to email at all

This happens randomly and has only been occurring since the upgrade
