installing sage 50

I am trying to install my sage software on a new computer. It keeps telling me that I am not using the same version of sage 50 as this company. It is showing my company is using the version 27.2. I downloaded this and still get the same result?

Are you looking to install the software as new on a single computer and restore a backup, or are you adding a new installation of the software to an existing network set up? Just hoping to get an insight into the steps you are taking currently so we can advise further.
