Hi, I have been back through and included everything suggested. I will let you know how it goes. The service crashes with event ID 7034, quite often leaving irreparable errors. We have ended up backing up hourly. Can I just add that the Sage article only appears to cover up to V28 but I think I have managed to find the files using a bit of common sense. Thanks Chris

Can I ask is there a third party AV which seems to work the best with Sage 50 (least issues / best performance) or are they all pretty much the same once the exceptions are setup. Thanks Chris

Hello, just to update you this week we have had the service crash 3 times. Twice on Wednesday and once on Friday (today). Fortunately neither of them caused data corruption. I can share with you what I have excluded if it will help.Would it be worth changing the server OS to Windows Server 2022?
