I shifted from windows 7 to windows 10 pro and worked smoothly for more than 4 months, now sage 50 asking to activate the key but not connecting to the sage server so unable to open the system

That's a little strange as the blank Activation window doesn't look like a Sage 50 Accounts dialogue. However, I'd recommend resetting your subscription key as per this article: Reset Subscription Key >
