I also have this error, and to answer the one query, I am running Windows 11 inside Parallels ARM Virtual Machine on a Mac which has always updated perfectly before. I have run all the actions advised.

I resolved this on my client's machine - Windows 11 inside Parallels ARM Virtual Machine on a Mac - by installing the 32bit version of Sage 30.1.343.0. This installed with no issues.

No problem, happy to help. It took me a bit of trial and error and several failed 64 bit installs before I thought: well, let's try the 32bit version....!

Interestingly during this whole process I checked for an update for Windows and it offered me: "2024-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for arm64-based Systems (KB5043076)" which I then updated.

After that, I thought I had done a re-start before I tried (yet again) to install the 64bit version, but I've just seen that it is still requesting a re-start, so maybe that would have fixed it. I will do the re-start and at some point try to install the 64bit software (maybe at the next upgrade). 

Anyway, that may help you or someone else with the same issue right now.
