Hi, 

Since my IT company upgraded me to v30 yesterday I have two issues:

Firstly, I cannot access Connected Services. When it asks me at the beginning to connect, I input my details and the whole thing crashes. 

Secondly, It wont back up. The progress box comes up and starts at -6148914691236517206!!! And doesn't move from that.

They have checked the firewall and upgraded my pc to W11 but to no avail. Any suggestions??
