That error can sometimes be resolved by closing the software restarting the computer and trying again. However, you can download and install the software independently using the steps in this article: Install Sage 50 Accounts v32

Thanks, I'll give it a try. Am I going to need activation keys etc to do this. Just asking as I had to re-install the program not too long ago onto a new computer and I ended up needing a recovery code.

Thanks Samantha, your Serial Number and Activation Key are shown in your existing version in Help > About > Licence information. I'd recommend making a note of those first before the installation. If required you can also obtain them by logging in to My Sage.
