Sage 50 v32 - Transactions Previous to Installation

Question

I have just installed v32 of Sage 50 and it all looks ok except that I can no longer see any transactions prior to installation when I click on "activity" on suppliers, customers and nominals. I'm assuming it's a simple fix but I have no idea how to do it! Any ideas?

Hi Ingrid, Thanks for your post, and sorry to read about your missing transactions. 
 This could be an issue with the data conversion. In the first instance I recommend running a re-index and Compression, you can do this through File > Maintenance and Reindex. You can read more here: Missing activity after upgrade
