We are migrating Sage 50 server from an old windows 2012 to a new Windows 2025 in a different datacenter (no direct connection between).

I was not able to find any information in regards to what happen if I activate/use the same license in the new server. I want to minimize the downtime as starting to copy the data now, and during a scheduled outage only to copy the differences and switch to the new server, but I also need to be able to test if everything is ok, before switching to the new server.

Also was not able to find a really quick way to migrate the multiple accounts, other than importing 1 by 1. I did not activated to continue moving forward with the migration, as I´m afraid the current server license will deactivate.

So questions are:

1) What happen if I use the same serial and key in the new server?

2) Any  way I can import/restore multiple Companys, without having to go one by one?
