Question

I am having problems submitting my MTD VAT return to HMRC. The Date range in the drop down menu in the submission box is blank. When I try and submit without a date Sage crashes. See screen shot below

Hi Sarah, Thanks for using Sage City. There are a few areas to check to make sure that everything in Sage Accounts is configured correctly, the steps are laid out in this article > If the steps in the article do not make a difference, I would recommend contacting HMRC to make sure that they have an open obligation period for you for the return you're trying to submit.
