Oops. For some reason the quick tab for 

vat return is missing. So can’t click on it to do the new vat return for this upcoming quarter. 

it still shows all my other returns. 
can anyone help

    Hi,

    Thanks for your post.

    Not sure what you mean by the "Quick tab" for the VAT Return, but you may have hidden a button bay accident. You can check by right clicking on the area where the button normally appears and there should be an option for "user defaults". You can use this to restore any missing options.
