The simplest option would be to restore a backup from a point before the return was deleted, although depending upon how far back you have to go that may not be practical.

If restoring a backup isn't an option, you can run the return again for the same period, this will pick up all of the relevant transactions in the period requested, but will not include any previously unreconciled transactions pre-dating the period of the return that may have been included the last time you ran it.

Hi,  I cant restore a back up, when I run the return, it doesnt pick up anything, it is saying nothing which isnt correct, it previously said refund of aprox £201, I also can see the transaction, how would I get back the deleted pending please or re reun so it picks up and gives the same figure as before instead of having all the boxes as nill?

Hi Louise, you'd need to tick the option to "Include Reconciled" transactions. The transactions were reconciled when you first ran it so the return doesn't see them unless it's told to include them.
